Hereunder is the relevant extract from the original regulation related to the Permanent residency in Cyprus.

‘The Minister of Interior has decided on the preferential treatment for the immigration permits categories F, (as it is stated in the Aliens Immigrations Law of 1972 until 2004), which regards the citizens of non EU countries who have purchased a house to use as their personal residence in Cyprus, and whole value is not less than EURO 300,000’.
Hence, upon buying a property for not less than EURO300,000 you can get permanent residence of Cyprus (EU); which would lead to the Citizenship in due time.

Country Cyprus

Cyprus
Cyprus officially the Republic of Cyprus is a Eurasian island country in the Eastern Mediterranean, east of Greece, south of Turkey, west of Syria and north of Egypt. It is the third largest island in the Mediterranean Sea and one of its most popular tourist destinations. An advanced, high-income economy with a very high Human Development Index, the Republic of Cyprus was a founding member of the Non-Aligned Movement until it joined the European Union on 1 May 2004. The Republic of Cyprus has sovereignty over the entire island of Cyprus and its surrounding waters except small portions, Akrotiri and Dhekelia, which are allocated by treaty to the United Kingdom as sovereign military bases. The Republic of Cyprus is de facto partitioned into two main parts; the area under the effective control of the Republic of Cyprus, comprising about 59% of the island's area, and the Turkish-controlled area in the north, calling itself the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, covering about 36% of the island's area and recognized only by Turkey.

Dual Citizenship USA

Dual Citizenship USA

The USA recognizes dual citizenship and the act of naturalizing will not revoke prior citizenship unless expressly prohibited by the laws of the prior country.

US Citizenship
One of the benefits of US citizenship is unrestricted travel and time outside the US. Unlike US citizens, permanent residents who travel outside the US for extensive periods of time without first obtaining a re-entry permit may be deemed to have abandoned their residence resulting in their green card being revoked by the US government. Another disadvantage of not being naturalized is that permanent residents, who commit certain crimes in the US (even if not serious in nature), may be placed in removal proceedings by the Department of Homeland Security....

Benefits of USA Immigration

Permanent residents who have continuously lived in the USA for at least five years (or three years if a spouse of a US citizen) may obtain US citizenship through a process called naturalization. Naturalization applicants must also demonstrate a basic understanding of English and US government and history (under most circumstances).

Dual Citizenship Uk

Dual Citizenship
A number of countries allow you to keep your current Citizenship when you become a citizen of Great Britain. This is often referred to as 'dual Citizenship.' However, some countries do not recognize 'dual Citizenship' and when you naturalize as a United Kingdom Citizen; you may forfeit your previous Citizenship and passport. We would urge you to check with the relevant authorities of the country/ies with which you hold Citizenship in order to be fully aware of the effect/s that a grant of UK citizenship may have on your present Citizenship/s.

You do not need to give up your present citizenship or nationality to become a British citizen.
Many countries will not let you have two nationalities (dual nationality). If you become a British citizen and are a national of a country which does not allow dual nationality, the authorities of that country may either regard you as having lost that nationality or may refuse to recognize your new nationality. Before you apply for British citizenship you may wish to check what your position would be with the authorities of the country of which you are a citizen.

UK Citizenship
British Naturalization, also known as British Citizenship, is a concluding UK immigration service available to foreign nationals with permanent resident status (i.e. with Indefinite Leave to Remain in the UK or ILR) and has spent a minimum of three - five years living and working in Great Britain. Unlike visas for short term residency such as UK visit visas, travel visas or work permits, the British Naturalization service offers permanent residency in the UK as a British citizen and imposes no time restrictions upon the holder. A UK work permit is not required and successful candidates are free to seek and undertake work in Great Britain without constraint.

Benefits of UK Immigration

• Approximately 600,000 people immigrated to the United Kingdom in 2008. While the country for most of its history was a net exporter of individuals--that is, more people emigrated from the U.K. than immigrated to it--in the mid-1980s, this trend reversed, and the country has since seen a consistent rise in its number of immigrants. The advantages of immigration for the U.K.--like that for other countries--are characterized by fiscal, social and cultural benefits.

Taxes and State Benefits
• According to the BBC, most immigrants to the UK are of working age. As a result, they pay taxes but are relatively infrequent beneficiaries of public benefits. The British government estimates that the disparity amounts to more than $3 billion USD. Immigrants boost the size of the workforce, and as a result help fund pensions for seniors in the country--a great help because demographic projections suggest that the ratio of workers to pensioners will decline starting in the middle of the 21st century.

Employment in Undesirable Positions
• Like those in other countries, immigration advocates in the U.K. often posit that immigrants help the country by assuming undesirable employment positions that natives are unwilling to take on. Among those making this argument in Britain is the Confederation of British Industry, which conducted a survey showing that most business owners rated skills shortages as the biggest obstacle to growth in 2007. The CBI argues that admitting migrant workers from a variety of regions helps solve this problem.

Inflation
• While those opposed to immigration often argue that migrant workers bring down wages for British workers, prominent advocates--including the Governor of the Bank of England--argue that this phenomenon helps keep down inflation. Forced to increase salaries for their workers, business owners might be forced to raise prices, resulting in an inflation spike.

Innovation
• Some benefits of immigration are less tangible. The British government released a report that argued immigration benefits in the country by exposing citizens to new perspectives: "U.K. workers and businesses learn from the exchange of ideas and experiences with immigrant workers." Because immigrants come from a wide variety of regions, they provide a wealth of diverse wisdom that might not otherwise be obvious to British workers.

Uk Student Visa

Applying for a UK student visa allows a person to come to the United Kingdom to embark upon a course of study in excess of six months duration.

The study visa immigration service entails the grant of a UK study permit enabling visa nationals to study in the UK with a view to gaining specialist qualifications.

The student visa service in itself does not constitute a route to settlement; it does not confer indefinite leave to remain in the UK (ILR) often known as permanent residence and it will not lead to the opportunity to become a UK citizen through British Naturalization. However, a visa for student immigration may allow you to switch to another UK immigration service without leaving the country, upon the successful completion of your course.

If your course of study lasts less than six months, you may be able to enter the country under a UK visit visa, often referred to as a travel visa or tourist visa. However, the benefit of studying on a UK visa for students is that you will also be permitted to undertake limited employment.

Type of student visa
Who can apply?
Tier 4 (Child) student
You can apply as a child student under Tier 4 of our points-based system if you are between 4 and 17 years old. If you are between 4 and 15 years old, you must be coming to the UK to be educated at an independent fee-paying school

If you want to apply for a Tier 4 (Child) student visa, you must apply from the country you live in.
Tier 4 (General) student
You can apply as an adult student under Tier 4 (General) of our points-based system if you are coming to the UK for your post-16 education.
Student visitor
You can apply as a student visitor if you are 18 years old or over, you want to come and study in the UK for up to 6 months, and you do not want to work while you are here. You cannot switch and apply for a Tier 4 (General) student visa while you are in the UK as a student visitor. If you want to apply for an Tier 4 (General) student visa, you must apply from the country you live in.
Prospective student
You can apply as a prospective student if you want to come to the UK to help you decide which course to study, or if you plan to start a course of study within 6 months. You will be able to switch and apply for a Tier 4 (General) or Tier 4 (Child) student visa while you are in the UK.

Australia Dual Citizenship

Australia allows dual or even multiple citizenship which means you don't necessarily have to give up citizenship in the country where you lived before. However not every country is as liberal as this one when it comes to immigration laws. In many countries you automatically lose your old citizenship status once you decide to become a citizen somewhere else. It is best to check with the government of your homeland that you will, in fact, be able to keep your status there as well.

There are definitely quite a few advantages to holding citizenship status in more than one country. One benefit is purely emotional - you probably have parents and family living there and chances are, you still feel connected to your home country. But there are many more practical rewards too, including: increased employment opportunities in two (or even more) countries, the entitlement to social benefits and pensions, the right to own property and unrestricted residency in more than one place. With a dual citizenship you will also not be required Visa to visit your home country.

Benefits of Australia Immigration

Research by the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIC) has discovered the large number of skilled immigrants moving to Australia with higher education levels has raised employment levels for Australians who are not as relatively skilled.
In May 2008, the then Australian Immigration minister, Chris Evans, said he wanted ‘a majoroverhaul of the migrant program to boost numbers, promote unskilled as well as skilled Australian visa applicants’, making Australia immigration the most liberal and well maintained systems in the world, and copied by western countries.
Overall, the Australian economy has managed to avoid the recession. In the first three months of 2009, the economy actually grew by 0.4% through increased exports and consumer spending, prompting the Prime Minister to declare the country ‘the only advanced economy not in recession’.
The Australian government has introduced a number of multi-billion dollar incentives including spending on infrastructure and cash handouts to most Australians to lift consumer spending and it appears to be working.
Australia also makes one off payments of $21,000 to first time home buyers which immigrants are fully entitled to.
